Nails

Booking & Deposit

  • A $20 deposit is required to confirm all nail bookings.

  • Remaining balance is to be paid in cash on the day, or via bank transfer if needed.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Same-day cancellations, arriving 20 minutes late, or no-shows will result in loss of deposit and cancellation of the appointment.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule using the same deposit.

Nail Prep & Removal

  • Please arrive with bare nails unless removal has been discussed prior.

  • I only remove my own work free of charge when a new set is booked.

Free Fix Policy

  • Fixes are valid within 7 days of your appointment and are limited to 2 nails only, covering service-related issues (e.g. lifting or breakage).

  • Repairs exceeding 2 nails or requested after 7 days will be treated as a new service.

  • Once availability is provided, confirmation must be made within 24 hours.

  • Appointment times are mutually agreed and not based solely on client preference.

  • This policy does not cover normal wear (fading, minor chipping), accidental damage, or picking.

All nail services are non-refundable once completed.

Nail Length & Longevity

  • Please confirm your desired nail length before the service begins. Adjustments made later may weaken the nails.

  • Longevity varies based on factors such as nail condition, lifestyle, handwashing, and aftercare.

Charms & Extras

  • Charms are applied securely; however, their longevity depends on aftercare and daily activities.

  • Lost or damaged charms are not covered under the free fix policy.

Discounts & Offers

  • Discounts apply to the original booking only.

  • If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled, the discount will no longer be valid.

Lashes & Brows

  • A 50% deposit is required for all lash and brow bookings.

  • Remaining balance is to be paid in cash or via bank transfer on the day.

  • Same-day cancellations, arriving 20 minutes late, or no-shows will result in loss of deposit and cancellation of the appointment.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule using the same deposit.

Preparation

Please arrive with:

  • Clean lashes (no mascara, makeup, or oils)

  • Minimal or no brow makeup

This ensures the best possible results.

Lash Refills

  • Refills are only available if 40–50% of lash extensions remain.

  • If less than this, the appointment will be charged as a full set.

Patch Test & Allergy Disclaimer

  • Patch tests are recommended for new clients or those with sensitive skin (lash extensions, tint, henna, etc.).

  • By booking, you agree to disclose any allergies or sensitivities.

  • The salon is not liable for allergic reactions where no prior concerns have been disclosed.

Results & Retention

  • Results vary depending on natural lashes/brows, skin type, aftercare, and lifestyle.

  • No guarantee is provided on lash retention or tint/henna longevity.

Aftercare Responsibility

Proper aftercare is essential to maintain results:

  • Lashes: Avoid oils, rubbing, and water/steam for 24 hours.

  • Brow Lamination / HD Brows: Avoid water, steam, and touching for 24–48 hours.

  • Tint / Henna / Dye: Avoid exfoliating or applying harsh products to the area for 24–48 hours.

Failure to follow aftercare may impact results and void any fix policy.

Fix Policy

  • Fixes are valid within 3 days (lashes) and 2 days (tint/henna) for application-related issues only.

Not covered:

  • Natural lash shedding

  • Tint fading on skin

  • Poor aftercare

  • Lifestyle factors

  • Any concerns outside this period will be treated as a new service.

All lash and brow services are non-refundable once completed.
